As a new school year begins, too many children in our community will walk into the classroom without the most basic essentials — shoes that fit, clean socks, comfortable underwear, or clothing that makes them feel confident.

At Child Guidance Resource Centers (CGRC), we know that when a child feels comfortable and secure, they can focus on learning, building friendships, and achieving their goals. This year, you can give them that start.

Every donation will go directly toward purchasing these items - as individually identified by our moms and dads.

Why It Matters

CGRC's case managers work with over 300 families in Delaware and Philadelphia Counties to help them access resources to improve their functionality and quality of life. These families are struggling financially, and this campaign is designed to help outfit children to return to school. No child should be embarrassed to be wearing shoes or clothing they've outgrown because it is the only thing they have.
